You can choose traditional health coverage or an HSA plan - a qualified High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) that allows you to contribute to a Health Savings Account. Please consult your tax advisor about the benefits of HSAs. In some states, other health insurance plan designs like Short Term Medical and Annual Max are available.

We offer a variety of deductibles to fit your budget needs. Typically, the higher the deductible for your medical insurance, the lower your monthly premium.

Once you choose your health insurance plan, you may be able to add extras for an additional cost - from dental benefits and supplemental accident benefits, to a higher lifetime maximum benefit.¹

Most of our health insurance plans are PPO plans, which are designed to give you flexibility. You can choose any doctor or hospital you prefer. However, when you choose one of our in-network providers, Humana will cover a larger percentage of the cost.

If you're sick or injured while you're traveling, you're likely to find medical care covered by plan benefits at in-network rates, which can save you a considerable amount of money.

Plan portability is another feature that sets us apart. With most of our plans, your health insurance plan coverage can continue if you move to another participating state.¹
