Covered at 100 percent with no deductible or waiting period. Includes:
- Oral exams
- Routine cleanings
- X-rays
- Sealants through age 14
- Topical flouride treatment through age 14, one per calendar year

Covered at 50 percent after meeting deductible; waiting periods apply. Includes:
- Emergency care for pain relief
- Oral Surgery
- Crowns
- Fillings
- Extractions
- Endodontics
- Periodontics
- Partial or complete denture repairs/adjustments

- Teeth whitening services. (not available in Florida)
- Receive a discount up to 20 percent on orthodontia care when visiting an in-network dentist.
- Take your plan with you. You can keep your dental policy even if you cancel your HumanaOne medical policy.
