This plan gives you access to a variety of services through a network of more than 5,000 dentists nationwide. This optional dental benefit is available for those looking for both dental and health insurance coverage from Humana.
| Preventive and Diagnostic Procedures | You are covered at 100% for preventive and diagnostic procedures such as a routine exam, cleaning, or x-ray. You will pay a $10 office visit copayment directly to the dentist. |

| Specialist Services | If you need to see a specialist, you or your Primary General dentist may refer you to a particpating specialist where you will get a discount from the usual fee. |
