Copay Plans

HumanaOne Copay plans have copays for in-network diagnostic illness and injury doctor's office visits. These health plans cover preventive care services at 100%, when you use an in-network provider. These plans also include prescription drug coverage. These features are similar to many employer-sponsored plans. You can select a plan that has copays for a set number of diagnostic illness and injury doctor's office visits per year - or an "enhanced" plan that doesn't have a set number.

100% After Deductible Plans

These plans pay 100% for most covered in-network expenses after you meet the deductible¹. These health plans pay for your preventive care services before you have met your deductible, when you use an in-network provider. This group of plans also has the widest range of deductible options: Individual in-network deductibles range from $1,500 to $7,500; family in-network deductibles range from $3,000 to $22,500.

Health Savings Plans

These plans are qualified High Deductible Health Plans designed to work with an HSA – a tax-free way to budget and pay for your deductible and other qualified medical expenses.² These health plans pay for your preventive care services before you have met your deductible, when you use an in-network provider.
