Copay Plans

HumanaOne Copay plans have copays for in-network diagnostic illness and injury doctor's office visits. These health plans cover preventive care services at 100%, when you use an in-network provider. These plans also include prescription drug coverage. These features are similar to many employer-sponsored plans. You can select a plan that has copays for a set number of diagnostic illness and injury doctor's office visits per year - or an "enhanced" plan that doesn't have a set number.

100% After Deductible Plans

These plans pay 100% for most covered in-network expenses after you meet the deductible¹. These health plans pay for your preventive care services before you have met your deductible, when you use an in-network provider. This group of plans also has the widest range of deductible options: Individual in-network deductibles range from $1,500 to $7,500; family in-network deductibles range from $3,000 to $22,500.

1. Other deductibles may apply, including but not limited to prescription drug, mental health, and condition-specific deductibles.

Health Savings Plans

If you want coverage similar to a 100% After Deductible plan – plus the ability to have a healthcare spending account – consider our Health Savings Account (HSA) plans. These plans are qualified High Deductible Health Plans designed to work with an HSA – a tax-free way to budget and pay for your deductible and other qualified medical expenses.² These health plans pay for your preventive care services before you have met your deductible, when you use an in-network provider.

Short-Term Medical Plans

HumanaOne Short Term Medical plans are designed for people who want temporary coverage in case of an unexpected illness or injury. It's an ideal choice if you're a student or recent graduate or waiting for other coverage to begin. This type of plan isn't renewable and doesn't cover pre-existing conditions or complications from pre-existing conditions¹.

1. HumanaOne PPO short term plans include a one-time, non-refundable application/policy fee. The quoted monthly payment reflects 30 days of coverage. If you select this option, the initial payment will reflect 35 days of premium; subsequent payments will reflect 30 days of premium.
