  • You can choose from our 100/70 plan with 100 percent coverage for in-network care or our 80/60 plan that covers 80 percent of the covered cost of in-network care once you reach your deductibles.
  • Add the dental benefit as an option or a Health Savings Account (HSA) to save for future medical expenses on a tax-free basis.
